Today, Zarrina's guest is Charlotte Mary Barton. Charlotte is the founder of The Talking Tree, where she coaches young people aged 7 to 24. She has been a coach for 14 years and has a background in education, both in the UK and Tanzania.
After speaking with Zarrina, Charlotte goes on to coach 13-year-old Nicole about communicating with intent and accepting our emotions.
