Today, Zarrina’s guest is Brie Backus, Brie began her coaching career as a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. She soon discovered that all aspects of our lives are connected, and there’s so much more to health & wellness than the food on our plates. She then expanded her training to become certified through the Co-Active Training Institute. She is currently a Leadership Coach, helping female professionals simultaneously create a foundation of health and become the most effective and influential leaders they can be. She has a passion for travel, and enjoys being on the water or in the woods whenever possible. She and her husband run an Executive Coaching and Leadership Development business and live in Seattle with their 9-year old son and 14-year old pup.
